Who is responsible

ZERORECALLS.AI is the controller for the personal data described below. Contact details are listed on the contact page.

What we collect

• Enquiry and challenge submissions. Your name, business email address, company, optional phone number, industry and the description of your inspection problem, together with any files you upload. We use this only to assess and respond to your enquiry.
• Visit statistics. The page visited, the referring page, an anonymous session identifier stored in a first-party cookie, a coarse device type and an approximate country. We do not store IP addresses and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
• Administrator accounts. Name, email address and a hashed password for people who manage this website.

Legal basis

Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Visit statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, kept proportionate by not storing IP addresses or using third-party trackers.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as the opportunity is active and afterwards in line with our record-keeping obligations. Visit statistics are retained in aggregate form. Uploaded files are deleted when the enquiry is closed unless the project proceeds.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. This website is self-hosted; visit statistics are processed on our own infrastructure and are not shared with any advertising or analytics provider.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
