Assembly verification
Missing components, incorrect parts, wrong orientation, fitment.
An assembly is correct only if every component is present, is the right part, and sits in the right place and orientation. Verifying that with rules means writing one rule per component and per variant — and maintaining all of them every time the product changes.
The failure mode is familiar: the system checks the five things it was configured to check and passes the assembly that has a sixth thing wrong. Meanwhile every new variant needs another configuration round before the line can run it.
FOCUS™ AI assesses the complete assembly in a single inspection and returns one verdict, with the failing characteristic identified. Multi-model configurations switch between variants automatically, so a mixed-model line does not need an operator to reconfigure the station.
What we inspect
- Missing componentsParts absent from the assembly at the inspection point.
- Incorrect partsRight position, wrong component — including near-identical variants.
- Wrong orientationRotated, flipped or mis-seated components.
- FitmentComponents present but not correctly engaged or aligned.
How we get there
The first three steps of our deployment process. Nothing is promised before feasibility has been assessed.
- 01
Show us the challenge
Share your products, defect types, production environment and inspection requirements. Physical samples, images or video — whatever best represents the problem.
- 02
Validate feasibility
Our engineers analyse whether FOCUS™ AI can reliably identify the required deviations at production speed. Honest assessment — including the cases where we recommend a different approach.
- 03
Train FOCUS™ AI
Build and optimise the inspection model using representative production data — real defects, real variation, real production conditions.
ZERO DEFECTS IS THE TARGET.
ZERO RECALLS IS THE RESULT.

Vision that never loses focus.
Have an inspection challenge? Put our Vision AI to the test. We will tell you whether we can solve it — and if we can, we will show you how fast.
