Reading a code is a solved problem. Confirming that the right code is on the right product, printed legibly, in the right place, and consistent with the rest of the label is not — and it is the part that causes recalls.
Traditional systems typically verify one characteristic at a time: the barcode decodes, or the date field is present. A label can pass all of those checks and still be the wrong label for the product it is attached to.
FOCUS™ AI verifies the label as a whole: content, print quality, placement and consistency with the expected product variant, in one pass. Results are logged with image evidence, which is what makes the record useful during an audit.
